Ex Inspections

General Ex Inspections to various Electrical Equipment including Fire & Gas Systems.

Upgrade Derrick Flood Lights.

Install new cables , junction boxes & flood lights to the Derrick structure.

Install aircraft warning lights to crane boom.

Replace aviation lights , cables & tray work including UPS -system.

Creating Ex Registers

Identify & Record all Electrical / Fire & Gas equipment , this requires Hazardous Area Drawings & all Platform documentation relating to power circuits , lighting circuits and fire & gas circuits.

Safety Function Testing Fire & Gas Equipment.

This work is carried out on a regular basis and forms an integral part of the Installations SAFETY CASE. Images below show IR Flame Detector , Smoke Detector , Line of Sight Gas Detector & Gas Detector.
